Buffalo Turkey/Beef Meatloaf

1 lb ground, lean turkey1 lb ground, extra-lean beef1/2 vidalia onion, diced1 medium carrot, diced (I used baby carrots, probably 6 or 7)3 cloves of garlic, minced or 3 oz of the jarred kind1/4 cup Frank's buffalo sauce3 oz reduced-fat feta, crumbled or diced1tbsp smoked paprika2 eggs1/4 cup pecan meal
Preheat oven to 425F. Put together the broiler pan, adding enough water to cover the bottom (catches the grease and makes for easier cleanup!) Spray with olive oil or canola spray.
Place all the items into a big bowl and mix until the meats have blended and veggies and spices are throughout. Form into a log/meatloaf shape and gently roll out onto the broiler pan. Make sure it is the same height and thickness for even cooking
