2 lbs. Boneless, skinless chicken breast1 Pound Red Potatoes, cleaned and cut into wedges2 Cups Baby Carrots2 Cups Fresh Mushrooms1 Can Cream of Onion Soup1/4 Cup Skim Milk1 tsp Chicken & Poultry Seasoning1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp 1 tsp Black Pepper1 tsp dried crushed Rosemary
Layer the bottom of the crockpot with the potatoes, followed by the mushrooms, followed by the carrots, then the chicken.
Combine all other ingredients in a small bowl and pour over the chicken.
Cook on low 8 hours.
