Baked Mahi Mahi Fillets

Ingredients
4 4 oz fillets of Mahi Mahi 1/4 C bread crumbs finely grated6 tsp grated parmesean cheese2 tbsp parsley flakes1tsp garlic powder (or to taste)1tbsp onion powder (or to taste)
Directions
1. Rinse fillets and pat dry.
2. Mix all dry ingredients in shallow bowl.
3. Lightly beat egg whites in shallow bowl.
3. First dip fillets in egg whites then coat with dry mixture.
