Chocolate chip waffles

6 cups flour (ground rolled oats instead)4 Tbsp Baking powder1 cup sugar1 cup canola oil6 eggs2 Tbsp vanilla extract12 Tbsp butter (melted)4 cups milk2 cups chocolate chips
Grind oats into a fine powder with a typical flour consistency. Add all dry ingredients and mix well. Add oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well, trying to remove. Melt the butter, add to mixture, and mix well. Slowly add the milk while mixing. Continue mixing until all ingredients are well combined and all lumps are gone. I, personally, prefer to use a Kitchen Aid mixer with the whisk attachment.
Cook in waffle maker at 350 degrees for about 3 minutes (more or less depending on how light or dark you prefer).
