Carrot Salad

6 medium carrots (peeled & shredded)5 oz crushed pineapple with pineapple juice2.66 oz raisins6 oz chopped walnuts3 TBSP mayonnaise
Directions
Mix all ingredients together season with pepper if desired. Best if let set & chill for a few hours to blend flavors.
