2 medium cucumbers, peeled, seeded and chopped2 medium tomatoes, chopped1/2 c chopped green pepper1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced1 small onion, chopped2 Tbsp. lime juice2 tsp. minced fresh cilantro1 tsp. minced fresh parsley1/2 tsp. dill weed1/2 tsp salt
1. In a large bowl, combine the first 11 ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve with chips.
