Mini Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

Ingredients
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour1 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon baking powder½ teaspoon salt½ teaspoon cinnamon1 cup mashed ripe bananas¼ cup brown sugar¼ cup banana flavored low-fat yogurt (or vanilla/plain)2 egg whites½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon together. In another large bowl, mix wet ingredients. Combine the mashed banana, brown sugar, yogurt, egg whites, and vanilla extract. Add dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just incorporated. Fold in mini chocolate chips.

Spray mini muffin pan with non-stick spray and fill ¾ full. Bake for 10 minutes.
