Ingredients
*Flour, white, 1 cup (remove)Yellow Cornmeal, 1 cup (remove)Granulated Sugar, 1 cup (remove)Eggs - Jumbo Grade A Eggs - California Ranch Fresh - 1 Egg = 1 Serving (63g), 2 serving (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)*Leavening agents, baking powder, low-sodium, 3 tsp (remove)Buttermilk, lowfat, 1 cup (remove)*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 3 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients in bowl.
Pour into greased (melted butter or vegetable oil) 8 x 8" baking pan
Allow to bake for 35 minutes
