Ingredients
Wet Mix: =======0.25 cup butter0.25 cup silvan (date honey), honey or golden syrup0.25 cup granulated (raw) sugar2 eggs 1 cup milk (nutritional value attached based on low fat)Dry Mix: =======1.5 cups flaky bran (crude wheat bran)1 cup self raising flour1.5 tsps mixed spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom)
Directions
Preheat oven and grease muffin pans. Melt together the butter and silan (date honey). Beat in the eggs, sugar and milk. Combine the dry mix ingredients and fold into the wet mix. Place in the muffin pans and bake.
