Black Rice with Shrimp and Snap Peas

Ingredients
black rice, cookedshrimpsugar snap peas1-2-3 sauce (rice vinegar, honey, soy sauce)
Directions
Cook black rice according to package directions. Should take about 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut pea pods into 1 inch pieces. Thaw shrimp according to package and take any tails off of shrimp.

Sauté pea pods for 2 minutes in a pan. Add shrimp and continue to stir until warm.

Combine rice, peas and shrimp. Whisk together 1-2-3 sauce and pour over dish. Mix well. Serve warm.
