Baked Ziti w/ Spicy Turkey Sausage & Veggies

2 - 3 Links Spicy Turkey Sausage, browned8 oz Whole Wheat Pasta, cooked according to package1 jar of your fave Spaghetti Sauce2 tsp Oregano1 tsp Black PepperRed Pepper Flake to taste1 med Carrot, julienned2 cups fresh spinach, stems removed and chopped6 TBS Parmesan Cheese
Boil pasta according to package.
Remove turkey sausage from casing and brown in a large skillet. When browned add oregano, red pepper flake and black pepper. Add carrots and spinach. Cook until spinach is wilted.
Add spaghetti sauce to turkey mixture.
Combine pasta and turkey mixture.
Transfer to a casserole dish and top w/ parmesan cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
