Vegan Kale seed salad

Ingredients
Chop Kale and onions put in big bowl. Slice cabbage in thin slices, add to bowl.Lightly steam broccoli then chop finely and add to bowl. Cut cherry tomatoes in half and add to bowl. Add soy beans, 1 Cup raisins, almonds, sunflower seeds and cranberries.For sauce (delicious) lightly toast 2 Cups walnuts. Chop 1 red apple. In blender combine vinegar, apple, mustard, 1 C raisins, walnuts salt, garlic and enough water to blend really well. Pour over veggies - Yum! This makes a rich, sweet salad with lots of nuts so it can be mixed with more greens or veggies.
