Low fat meatloaf cups

Ingredients
1lb lean 93/7 ground beef1/3 cup egg substitute such as Egg Beaters1/3 cup Progresso Italian Bread Crumbs1/3 cup Marinara SauceSalt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, to taste3 T Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Mix all ingredients together
Add enough of mixture to come to top of muffin cup
Bake at 350 for 20 - 25 minutes
Remove from oven and sprinkle 1/2 T on each mini loaf
