Crockpot Turkey and Cornbread Stuffing

2 Turkey breasts, raw3 tbsp melted Butter, salted 1 cup chopped Celery, raw1 large chopped Onion, raw 1.50 cup Chicken stock8 oz Pepperidge Farm Cornbread Stuffing Mix (dry mix) 0.50 cup Ocean Spray Reduced Sugar Craisins 0.25 tsp Thyme, ground 0.25 tsp Pepper, black 0.25 tsp Salt 0.25 tsp Garlic powder 0.25 tsp Rosemary, dried
1. Mix chopped celery, onion, Craisins, and dry stuffing mix in Crockpot. Add melted butter and chicken stock. Mix thoroughly.
2. Place the two raw turkey breasts in the center of the Crockpot.
3. Mix thyme, black pepper, salt, rosemary, and garlic in a small bowl. Sprinkle the spice mixture over the turkey.
4. Cover and cook on high for about 3 hours. If you like your stuffing less mushy, add the packet of cornbread stuffing in the last 30 minutes to 1 hour of cooking.
