Peanut Butter Protein Balls (VSG)

Ingredients
38g (1/4c) LSA2/3 c smooth peanut butter1/4c Whey Protein Powder (No flavour)2t Splenda1/2 tsp vanilla extract1/4 c desiccated coconut (to roll)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together except for the coconut. Form into 10 balls then roll in the coconut. Freeze for at least 2 hours. Serve from the Freezer.
