cheesecake yogurt & fruit parfait

Ingredients
6 oz low fat cream cheese1/2 C plain fat free yogurt1 C frozen blueberries1 C frozen raspberries2 Tbsp wheat germ8 Tbsp Reddi Whip fat free topping6 packets sweet-n-low (or equivalent of your favorite artificial sweetener)
Directions
Heat cream cheese in microwave for about 20 seconds to soften (or allow to soften at room temp). Mix WELL with yogurt & sweetener. I find using a whisk helps get rid of all the lumps.

Layer yogurt mixture into glasses with berries and top each serving with 2 tbsp whipped topping and sprinkle 1/2 tbsp wheat germ on top.
