500g lean ground mince450g ground chicken1/2 c flavourless whey protein2 eggs1 tsp dried mixed herbs1 tsp crushed garlic1/2 tsp chilli paste1/2 diced onion1 small courgette - grated1 small carrot - grated1T Worcestershire Sauce2 T tomato paste50g fresh grated parmesan2 cups diced, canned tomatoesfresh or dried herbsMix all the ingredients together (except tomatoes). Form into 20 meatballs. Put into the bottom of your crockpot/slow cooker and pour over the tomatoes and herbs. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
