2 Bouillon Cubes2.5 lbs ground beef (I used 85%), mostly browned1 Can light red kidney beans2 cans Rotel diced tomatoes3 Cups brown rice2 cups frozen corn1 green bell pepper, diced1 Onion, diced8 cups water1.5 Tbsp Chili Powder
Put all ingredients into slow cooker, cook on low heat 8 hours.

Very filling. Will just have to half the recipe or something next time because we only have a 5 quart crock pot and this recipe was too much at first so we had to take some out and add it later when a lot of the water had evaporated. Very good recipe. Will feed us possibly all week! Will make again. - 8/12/08
