Ingredients
Kamut Flour; 1 svg = 1/4 cup, 0.5 cup Arrowroot flour, 0.5 cup Flaxseed flour, 30 gram(s) (Graze) Dried Cranberry, 1 serving Brown Sugar, 15 grams Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large Applesauce, unsweetened, 0.5 cup Almond Butter, Nature's Promise Organic Almond Butter Smooth/Unsalted, 2 tbsp
Directions
You mix the egg and the almond butter. Add the applesauce, then the reamining ingredients. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 F. It makes 20 mini muffins.
