Bodybuilder's Quinoa Salad

Ingredients
1 cup tricolor quinoa1 can corn kernels1 bag frozen edamame1 red bell pepper2 tbsp. olive oilgarlic powder, paprika, lime, salt, & pepper, to taste
Directions
Cook quinoa and edamame. Chop bell pepper. Mix all together and toss with spices in olive oil. Finish by spritzing with lime.

Serving Size: Makes 4-8 servings.
