Big Pop's Mini Turkey Meatloaf Bites

*2 tsp Italian Seasoning, 1 serving *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 20 oz *paprika, smoked, 1 tsp *Breakstone's 4% Cottage Cheese, 0.33 cup Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp Salt, 0.5 tsp *Onion - Dried, Minced, McCormick, 1 tbsp Garlic powder, 0.5 tsp Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, 0.5 cup *A1 steak Sauce, 5 tbsp *Ketchup, Heinz, 24 tbsp *Pepper, white, 1 tsp
Thoroughly mix all ingredients except ketchup.
Press plastic wrap on top of mixture in mixing bowl. Refrigerate at least two hours.

Line muffin pan with foil.
Fill tins 3/4 full.
Cover tops of each turkey muffin with ketchup.
Bake @ 325 for 45 minutes.
Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
