Curry Chicken Salad

Ingredients
3 Tbs. Curry Powder (or more to taste)3 Tsp Granulated Sugar1 pkg. Walnut pieces1 Cup Jack Cheese chopped1/2 cup Light Mayo3 Chicken Breasts no skin2 Cups chopped seedless grapesBeer for cooking chicken
Directions
Saute chicken in beer until cooked through. Let cool and then chop into pieces.
While chicken is cooking, mix together curry powder, sugar and mayo. Chill in refridgeratgor for 20 minutes.
Mix together cheese, walnuts, grapes chicken and curry mixture.
Can be served immediately or overnight for best flavor.
