Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup of Old Fashioned Oats1 cup of Fat Free Milk3/4 cup of Wyman's Fresh Frozen Wild Blueberry's2 Egg Whites3/4 cup of Traditionally 100% Whole Wheat Flour1/2 cup of Splenda Brown Sugar Blend1 tsp of Baking Powder1/2 tsp of Baking Soda1/2 tsp of Salt
Directions
Put Oats and Milk in bowl and set it aside for 1 hour

After that has set for an hour then add Blueberry's and the Egg Whites

Mix the Flour, Brown Sugar, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, and Salt in a seperate bowl and blend them well together.

Add the dry ingredients in with the Oats and mix well.

Fill Muffin Cups and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
