Rochelle's Pineapple Orange Smoothie

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups peeled sliced ripe banana (2 medium)1 8oz can of Kroger crushed pineapple in juice, undrained1 cup crushed ice1/2 cup unsweetened 'Simply Orange' orange juice1 tsp sugar1 6oz carton of Kroger brand Peach Mango Pineapple flavored 'fruit on the bottom' grade A lowfat yogurt
Directions
Place all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.
