Leeks & Onion Tart w/ Herb Chevre

Ingredients
Ingredients: Athens Fillo Dough, 2 serving (10 Sheets)Egg, fresh, 1 large Cherve in blue (BlueGoat Cheese,) 3 oz - 4 tBLS chives ** may use Thyme, fresh, 4TBLS insteadOlive Oil, 2TBLSLeeks, 4 leeksScallions, raw, 2 medium (4-1/8" long) Milk, 1%, 1 fl oz Shredded Parmesan cheese 4 TBLS
Directions
Pre heat oven to 425
Thinly slice leeks & onions - saute in oil until tinder and translucent - about 5 minutes - set aside to cool
11x5 pyrex pan - spray w/ Pam
Place 5 sheets of fillo dough in pan
Mix egg and mik and brush on dough generously
Mix goat cheese, parmesan cheese & chives until soft - spread over fillo in pan
Spread leeks and onions over cheese mixture
Cover with remaining 5 fillo sheets
Brush w/ egg & milk mixture
Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
