Balsamic London Broil

Ingredients
2 pds. London broil1/4 cup balsamic vinegar1 dash Worchestire Sauce1 Tbsp. Dried Italian Seasonings1 garlic clove minced2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Directions
Place meat into a large resealable plastic bag. In a bowl whisk together the remaining ingredients; pour into bag and coat meat with marinade. Let marinade for a least 4 hours, turning the bag every so often. Before cooking, under broiler or grill, make sure the meat has set out for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Cook the meat for 5 minutes on each side.
