Waffle batter:1 egg 1/4 c. whole wheat flour2 Tbsp Oatmeal1/2 tsp. baking powder1/4 c. pumpkin1/4 c. Greek Yogurt2 T. milk, used unsweetened almond spices to taste: cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves1/4 tsp salt1 packet of stevia or shot of Fuji Apple Skinny Girl flavor dropsOptional: (Not figured in the calorie count) Topping:1/2 apple1 Tb. watersplash of lemon juice (Could add a little lemon rind too)Stevia and cinnamon
Beat egg white until light. Set aside. Combine the remainder of the ingredients for waffles. Fold in egg whites. Put patter in a well greased waffle iron cook.
Serving Size: 1 or 2 waffles

Chop apple, peeled or unpeeled. In small pan cook apple and water until tender. Add sweetener (I used 1 packet of stevia) and cinnamon. Set aside.
