Turkey Tacos with Refried Beans

Ingredients
1 lb. extra lean ground turkey1 pkg. taco seasoning3/4 c. water1/4 c. cilantro1 Roma tomato, diced2 c. shredded romaine lettuce1 c. shredded cheddar cheese8 oz. fat-free sour creamred taco sauce4 Mission garden, spinach and herb tortillas1 15 oz can no fat traditional refried beand
Directions
*In a medium frying pan brown turkey, then drain. Return turkey to pan, add taco seasoning, water and cilantro. Simmer on low for 10 minutes.

*Meanwhile take refried beans and place in a pot and heat on low until heated through.

*Place tortilla on a plate, spread sour cream and taco sauce on to tortilla. Add turkey, cheese, tomato, and lettuce. Serve with a side of refried beans (you can also add the beans onto the taco if you wish.)
