Ingredients
Flour, white, 1.5 cup Baking Soda, 1 tsp Baking Powder, 1 tspCinnamon, 2 tspNutmeg, 1/2 tspMORTON Sea Salt, Fine Salt, 0.5 tsp Granulated Sugar, 1 cup Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced Ground flax seed, 2 Tbswarm water 6 TBS
Directions
Preheat 350.
Warm water and add flax-seed. set aside

In a separate bowl add dry ingredients. Mix well. Add moist ingredients and flax seed to the flour mixture, stirring until just mixed. Pour batter into loaf pan and bake 50-60 minutes @ 350 until golden brown- and a took pick should be insert in center and come out clean. Let cool
