Low Carb French Toast

Ingredients
1/2 Cup regular egg beaters1/4 Cup unsweetened Almond/Coconut milk1 tsp ground cinnamon1 tsp or one packet of artificial sweetener2 slices low carb bread1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup
Directions
Mix the egg substitute, almond milk, cinnamon and sweetener. Coat both sides of low carb bread and place in preheated skillet sprayed with non-stick spray. Cook for 1 minute per side on medium heat. Serve with sugar free syrup and enjoy!
