K002 Meatballs (breakfast, Italian variations)

1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar Cheese3 Large Eggs3 cups ground turkey1 cup extra lean ground beef2 Tbsp chopped raw onion 4 cloves garlic, minced2 Tbsp ground savorySalt & Pepper to tasteA serving is 3-4 meatballs.Nutritional analysis calculated as recipe making 60 meatballs, and a serving being 4 meatballs (so, 15 servings for the recipe).
1. Pre-heat oven to 350F (175C)
2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients thoroughly (I always find it easier to do it with my hands, wearing gloves)
3. Roll into 1.5 inch balls (or drop by teaspooonfuls) and place on cookie sheet.
4. Bake for 18-20 minutes
5. Makes 50-60 meatballs.
NOTE: Freezes well.
