janice breakfast muffin

Ingredients
2.5 cups old fashion oats1 cup greek yogurt2 medium eggs1/2 cup honey2 tsp baking soda2tsp baking powder2 tbsp ground flax seed1 tsp vanilla2 ripe bananas
Directions
preheat oven 350 degrees
grind oats into flour consistancy in blender
set oats aside
blend the remainder of ingredients in blender until liquified
pour oats back into blender and mix
spray muffin tin with oil
depending on depth of muffin tin makes 18-24 muffins
fill each almost to top
bake for 20 minutes
