Ingredients
3 cups egg whites12 slices Canadian bacon12 slices fat free cheese12 english muffins (fiber one whole wheat is yummy and only 100 calories)
Directions
-Preheat Oven to 350
-Mix egg and veggies/seasonings
-Grease a muffin pan
-Place one slice of meat in muffin slot
-Add egg mixture into each muffin slot
-Bake at 350 15-20 minutes
-Toast muffins then top one side of each muffin with a slice of cheese.
-Place egg/meat on top of cheese
-Place on baking sheet and freeze for 1-2 hrs
-Remove from freezer and wrap or vacuum seal individually
