Baked cinnamon apples

Ingredients
250 grams Granny Smith apple2 Tbl white sugar1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Slice apple as thin as possible. Combine cinnamon and sugar in zip-lock bag. Add apple slices. Toss to coat. Lay slices out on baking sheet coated with non-stick spray. Bake for 1 hour at 250 degrees. Flip over and bake for another hour, checking every 10 minutes after the first 30.
