Ingredients
50gm wholemeal flour1 med egg1 cup low fat milkcooking spray
Directions
mix all ingredients
spray a non stick pan with oil
pour 2 tbs pancake mixture into pan cook one side then turn and cook the other.
Turn out onto a plate serve with a banana
