2 T. Margarine or Butter1/2 c. chopped celery1/2 c. chopped onion1 T. minced garlic1 large can petite diced tomatoes1 T. lemon juiceWater to thin (optional)1 T. Slap Ya Mama seasoning1 t. paprika12 medium shrimp
Melt margarine or butter in saute pan. Add garlic, diced celery, and diced onion. Saute until translucent. Add canned tomatoes, water, if desired, and lemon juice. Stir. Add seasonings and stir. Bring to boil. Add shrimp and lower heat. Simmer for approximately 10 minutes until shrimp is done.
