Crock Pot Chili Con Carne

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef1 cup chopped onions3/4 cup chopped green peppers1 garlic clove minced14 1/2 oz. can of tomatoes, cut up16 oz. can kidney beans, drained8 oz. can of tomato sauce2 tsp. chili powder1/2 tsp. dried basil
Directions
Makes 8 servings.
Brown beef, onion, green pepper, and garlic in saucepan. Drain.

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.

Cover. Cook on low 5-6 hours.

Serve in bread bowl (optional)
