Low Carb Chocolate Chip Cookies

2 1/2 c Honeyville blanched almond flour1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp xanthan gum1/4 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp baking powder2 T refined coconut oil, melted2T unsalted butter, melted1 large egg6T Torani Sugar Free Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Syrup2 tsp vanilla extract1/3 c Lily's Dark Chocolate No Sugar Added chocolate chips
Mix all dry ingredients together. Mix melted oil and butter together and mix with other wet ingredients. Add to dry ingredients. Fold in chips. Refrigerate dough for at least 15 mins. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 mins or until brown.
