Red Ripe Tomatoes, 6 small whole (2-1/2" dia) Red Onion Fresh, 1 cup Cheese: Mozzerella, Fresh, 4 oz Basil, 2 tbsp Parsley, 1 tbsp Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Salt, 1 dash Pepper, black, 1 dash Garlic, 6 clove
Directions
cube tomato, red onion and mozzerlla, chop basil and parsley. toss all ingredients. Enjoy
