Breakfast BananaBread Pudding for one

Ingredients
1 egg beaten 3/4 cup skim milk2 slices Sara Lee Deliteful whole wheat bread1/2 ripe banana, sliceddash of cinamon2 pkts sweetener1/4 tsp vanillasprinkle of nutmeg (optional)
Directions
beat egg in a 2 cup deep microwave save bowl
add milk, cinamon, sweetener and vanilla
break up bread into milk, egg mixture. Let it soak for a minute or two. stir in sliced banana. sprinkle with nutmeg if desired.
place in microwave on a papertowel. cook on 50% power for 5 minutes. cook on 100% for 3-5 additonal minutes until set.
