DIY all natural sweetened condensed milk & granola bars

2 eggs1 c. brown sugar1 tsp. vanilla2 tbsp. flour1/2 tsp. baking powder1/4 tsp. saltEasy Granola bars2 cups rolled oats1/2 cup wheat germ1/2 cup chopped nuts1/2 cup carob chips, yogurt covered raisins or other sweet treat.1/2 assorted dried fruit (think apricots, cherries, craisins...)1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk or the substitute that is listed above.4 TBSP Coconut Flakes4 TBSP Flax Seeds
Just mix it all together and throw into a greased casserole dish (9" Square) and bake at 325 till golden (about 30 minutes).
I will be reducing the sugar in the milk substitute above as I usually don't like things overly sweet and it healthies it up a bit too!
