Ingredients
Quinoa - cookedQuick OatsApplesauceMashed bananaAlmond MilkHoneyVanilla ExtractAppleSpices to your taste: cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Spray 12 muffin cups.
Cook quinoa (1/2 cup dry) according to directions. Combine quinoa with dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a medium bowl, mix applesauce, mashed banana, almond milk, honey and vanilla. Slowly stir the wet into the dry
Peel and core, then chop apple and add to mixture.
Fill each muffin cup to the top. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
