1 Cup of Shredded Lettuce1/8 Cup Diced Tomato1/16 Cup Flax Sprouts (or any type of sprouts) for garnish 1 Cup Pumpkin Seeds1 Cup Almonds (or Walnuts)1-2 Clove Garlic¼ Cup Sundried Tomatoes (in Oil)1/8 Cup Lemon Juice (3 ½ Limes)3-4 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast1 tsp Sea Salt2 Tbsp Red Onion ½ Cup Julienned Basil1 Tbsp dried Oregano (or other Italian Herbs)1 ½ - 2 tsp Nama Shoyu (Tamari or Braggs Amino Acids)
1) Food process all ingredients (almonds and pumpkin seeds first so they form a powder) until well combined. This should be a thick pate.
2) Serve ¾ Cup on 1 Cup of lettuce, garnish with diced tomato fresh sprouts.
