Spinach Feta Egg White Omelette

Ingredients
3 large egg whites1 cup frozen chopped spinach1 clove garlic - chopped1/4 cup feta cheese
Directions
Hand beat together egg whites, thawed spinach and garlic. Spray pan with nonstick cooking spray and heat on medium-low (3). Pour in egg mixture. sprinkle feta over the top. Cover and cook until done; about 10 minutes.
