Rick's Pork & Vermicelli Stir-fry

1 T sesame oil2 T soy sauce12 oz boneless pork tenderloin1/2 to 1 onion, slivered1 md green bell pepper, chopped1.5 C mushroom stems & pieces, fresh100 g rice vermicelli
Slice pork into bitesize pieces.
Add sesame oil to wok. Brown pork.
Add onion and simmer until tender.
Add peppers and mushrooms and part of the soy sauce.
While cooking, boil water for vermicelli. Add rice, cover and let sit to soften.
When vermicelli is soft and pliant, drain and add to pork mixture. Cover and let simmer 5 minutes, until noodles have absorbed juices from pork dish.
Serve hot.
