Half-size cinnamon cake

Vanilla cake:225g plain flour112g caster sugar2tsp baking powder180ml semi skimmed milk1 egg1 tsp vanilla15g melted salted butterCinnamon inclusions:110g salted butter, softened112g brown sugar1 T plain flour1 T cinnamonGlaze (optional, not incl in calorie count)112g icing sugar2.5 T semi skimmed milk1 t vanilla
Mix the vanilla cake ingredients without the butter. Once mixed well, slowly stir in the melted butter and pour into a greased 6in baking tin or 30cm bread tin.
Separately, mix the cinnamon inclusion ingredients until well combined. Drop evenly over cake mix and swirl through the vanilla mix with a knife.
Bake at 350 F / 180 C for about 15-20 minutes, until a toothpick comes out nearly clean. Allow to cool if you want, but it's nicer warm!
If you want the glaze- whilst the cake is in the oven, whisk the glaze ingredients until smooth. Drizzle over the warm cake when it is ready.
