Raspberry Muffins,low carb

Ingredients
1.5 c almond flour1/2 c coconut flour.25 tsp salt2 tsp baking powder1/2 c butter4 eggs1/3 c PLUS 1/2 c water [coconut flour must have equal amounts of liquid added to the recipe]1/3 c xylitol1- 1 1/2 c fresh frozen raspberries NS added 1-2 tbsp grated lemon or orange zest if desired,mix into wet
Directions
mix dry ingredients
in separate bowls combine wet
Make well in center of dry, add the wet mixture .
Stir to incorporate, then add frozen berries,stir gently.
Fill muffin cups to top
Bake 350 for 30 minutes

Serving Size: makes 12 muffins from a 12 cup pan filled to top
