Mom's Lowfat Zucchini Bread

1 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour1 1/2 Cup Flour, white1 tsp Salt,1 tsp Baking Soda1 tspBaking Powder1 Tbsp Cinnamon3 Eggs3/4 Cup Applesauce, sweetened1 1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract 2 Cup Zucchini, Grated1 Cup Walnuts, Chopped
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
2. Lightly grease and flour two 8" x 14" pans
3. Sift flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon together in a bowl.
4. Beat eggs, applesauce, vanilla, and sugar together in a large bowl.
5. Add dry ingredients and beat well.
6. Stir in zucchini and walnuts.
7. Pour batter in to pans.
8. Bake for 40 - 60 minutes, cool on rack for 20 minutes and remove from pan.
