Egg and Cottage Cheese Scramble

Ingredients
2 eggs beaten1/2 c. low fat cottage cheesebutter flavored cooking sprayMrs. Dash Original (optional)salt (optional)
Directions
1. In a small bowl combine the eggs and cottage cheese.
2. Heat a small non-stick frying pan over medium-low heat. Spray with a little cooking spray.
3. Add the egg mixture to the pan.
4. Cook for a few minutes, then gently stir the eggs around with a wooden spoon or spatula. Continue cooking until the eggs are fluffy and cooked through.
5. Season with salt and Mrs. Dash and serve immediately.
