Ingredients
1 3/4 cup Whole Wheat flour1 cup granulated sugar1/2 cup lite pancake syrup1 egg worth Ener-g egg substitute or 2 egg whites1 cup crushed pineapple, with juice3/4 cup applesauce1 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp almond extract1 1/2 tsp cinnamonFrosting1 cup powdered sugar1 1/2 tsp water1 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x13x2 inch pan.

Beat egg substitute, sugar, and syrup together in a large mixing bowl. Mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon, vanilla, and almond extract. Add pineapple (with juice) and applesauce to flour mixture. Mix well. If the batter is really moist add another tablespoon of flour, it shouldn't have a watery texture. Scrape batter into pan and cook for 30-35 minutes, keep an eye on it the syrup makes it brown faster.

If you want the frosting as well just mix all the ingredients together until everything is mixed and creamy.

Cool the cake about 10-12 minutes and then take the frosting bowl and drizzle the frosting all over the cake for a "grafitti" feel.

Enjoy! Makes approx 14 2"x2" pieces. The frosting will add about 15 cal to each serving.
